Product availability: all products displayed in our eshop are subject to availability. In the event that a product is not available, we will inform you by email and offer you the option of a refund or replacement.

Calculation of transport costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the last stage of the order, at checkout.

Receipt from a Store: You can choose to pick up from the nearest Stegno store.
Payment by Card: Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Substitution: For pickup from a store, you can choose cash on delivery.

Returns: Returns are only accepted at Stegno stores. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
